You can expect to have a minimum of four sessions with our therapist who will teach you the support techniques and explore where your issue with food lies. Suggestions will be given for new alternative behaviours and you will have a hypnotherapy CD for ongoing support between sessions, making eating less and less often surprisingly easy as your subconscious mind starts to take on board your new healthy thinking. You will also get a success booklet to keep you on track. For suitable people with a BMI over 25 we can also offer the Hypnotic Gastric Band over four sessions.
